No siempre los modelos adoptados han estado a la altura de las expectativas y son pocos los referentes exitosos a los que podemos recurrir. La formación y la motivación del profesorado han sido, en la mayoría de las ocasiones, la asignatura pendiente de gran parte de los proyectos&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Una correcta reflexión y planificación, una adecuada formación del profesorado y una suficiente motivación son necesarias para iniciar modelos personalizados que cada centro precisa. Los proyectos preparados en los despachos y experimentados en centros piloto necesitan reunir las características de rigor y flexibilidad mencionadas.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Presento en este artículo un modelo de formación, motivación e integración de las TIC que desemboca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;en el proyecto actual que estamos desarrollando con gran éxito en el colegio ?Luis de Góngora? de Leganés, denominado "La Pizarra Digital".&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Llegar hasta aquí y conseguir que el centro educativo se involucre en un proyecto de &lt;b style=""&gt;formación, &lt;/b&gt;de &lt;b style=""&gt;investigación&lt;/b&gt; y de &lt;b style=""&gt;innovación&lt;/b&gt; utilizando los recursos multimedia e informáticos más avanzados, sólo puede lograrse si se reúnen una serie de requisitos de los cuales ninguno se logra de manera gratuita, en nuestro caso, serán necesarias muchas dosis de ilusión y un trabajo continuo y constante.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 153, 255); font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;¿Qué consideramos Pizarra Digital?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS';"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="border: 0cm none windowtext; padding: 0cm; background: black none repeat scroll 0% 50%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial; color: rgb(102, 153, 255); font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';" lang="X-NONE"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Llamamos Pizarra Digital (PD) al recurso tecnológico que supone utilizar un ordenador y un videoproyector en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje que se desarrollan en nuestras aulas. Es decir, combinamos la utilización del recurso informático y el recurso multimedia a través de presentaciones en una pantalla a gran tamaño.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Se trata de la instalación mínima requerida para considerar en los aspectos técnicos, pedagógicos y metodológicos el recurso Pizarra Digital, ordenador y proyector.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;En nuestro caso, el proyecto va más allá al considerar la utilización de la Pizarra Digital Interactiva (PDI) en nuestras aulas. Hemos convenido que merece la pena aumentar la inversión presupuestaria para mejorar la rentabilidad del recurso tras experimentar la utilización de la PD y la PDI.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;La diferencia fundamental entre la PD y la PDI estriba en la interactividad de ésta última. Sobre ella podremos actuar de manera táctil a modo de ratón, teclado, cuaderno de escritura manual, de dibujo, álbum de imágenes, navegador... en&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;definitiva soporte para cualquier programa con el que interactuaremos profesores y alumnos sobre la propia pantalla aumentando notablemente los índices de motivación y los mejores resultados en el aprendizaje.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Disponemos sobre la PDI de textos, sonidos, imágenes y vídeos y sobre todos ellos podemos interactuar desde la pantalla.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS';"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT';"&gt;Podemos recordar la afirmación del psicólogo de educación William Glaser según la cual:&lt;img style="width: 286px;
